碳水化合物从3-5份 2 勺 米面燕麦 到4份 3勺,但是面包和土豆的量没有增加。
水果蔬菜类都是5份, 香蕉苹果梨的从半个到一个,但是葡萄干和胡萝卜的量没有增加
肉鱼蛋豆子类 都是两份 但肉鱼和禽类从50克增加到100克,蛋和豆子罐头食品的量没有改变
乳制品 从2-3份 120 克酸奶 25克奶酪 100升牛奶 增加到3-5份 125 克酸奶 30克奶酪 175升牛奶
但是都是禁止/限制吃中餐/印度餐,高油盐糖的食物
